HyperActive was onsite at the London Marathon this past weekend, supporting a number of Avid Media Composer suites for CTV, including Avid Interplay Production for a fast-turnaround edit-while-capture solution.

World record holder Eliud Kipchoge of Kenya won the men’s race, with a new course record (2.02:37) and the second-fastest time ever. Sir Mo finished fifth. In the women’s race, another Kenyan, Brigid Kosgei, triumphed over compatriot and 2018 winner, Vivian Cheruiyot. At 25, Kosgei is the youngest ever female winner in London.

Alongside the elite races, more than 42,000 people also attempted the run, raising a staggering £1bn for good causes in the process.
